Hi, I'm Heather Heath and welcome to my website. I'm the artist behind it all. I have a joy for all things miniature, though that doesn't reflect most of the work on my site right now. I love painting on pennies, seashells, and whatever other trinkets i may find. I really enjoy drawing and painting eyes, imaginative landscapes, animals, and the darker aspects of art. I've taken a few art classes throughout high-school and college, but I'm mainly self taught, always striving to improve my craft.
Art has always been a part of my life in more ways than one. I went to York College of Pennsylvania to study Music Industry and Recording Technology, specializing in training my voice. I am a visual artist, but I've learned to sing in a variety of styles as well. I'm a plant enthusiast, a bird enthusiast, and enjoy spending my time in the great outdoors. I'm very proud of my hometown and the nature I live in.
A few of the animals on my site are past and current companions. I currently live with a cockatiel named Gizmo, but I've grown up around, fish, frogs, reptiles, pit bulls, and cats. Above is a watercolor painting and drawing of my dear cat, Geronimo. he passed away a few years ago. Below is a drawing of the eye of my childhood dog, Sage, and an ink drawing of my cockatiel, Gizmo.
